Note to client: One of the most difficult aspects of successfully healing and growing a relationship is creating a safe environment. At Bring Back Intimacy DBA (Jami and Marla Love LLC) we strive to provide the greatest possible experience for all of our clients, and the following agreement outlines some parameters and terms of Bring Back Intimacy (BBI). 

To fully experience and gain the most benefit from the Program, you and your partner agree to the following: 

Section 1. Program Guidelines, Payment Terms 

Program: Intimacy Reigniter Process

Duration: 6 Sessions, 4 Months, Retreat

Payment Terms: Agreed upon in follow-up and for custom service agreements that did not include a full description of all the service below does not necessarily include the below services and all verbal agreements are considered binding and included the outline of services to be paid for in accordance with this agreement. Keeping your word is a fundamental skill in building relationships. To this end, we do not provide refunds of any kind. We ask that you keep your word to finish this process and continue to practice the skills daily and weekly for three months after our service and send weekly proof and record of that work, and if you do not feel you have benefited as described, happier than ever given your circumstances, we will refund your money. We must have weekly proof emailed on the same day each week, without fail. We reserve the right to decide if you were invested as promised, consistent, and timely in the daily and weekly required work. 

• You hereby authorize Bring Back Intimacy to collect the Program cost outlined above with the payment being due on the date of enrollment in the Program. 
  • Payment is due in full on the day of the month you began the program of every month. 
  • If payment fails, you must remedy this situation and provide a valid form of payment within three (3) business days or you will incur a $300 charge due with payment. 
  • Payment may be made via credit or debit card, ACH, wire transfer, Square (we will email your Invoice), or through your Health Savings Account (with Square). 
• Your purchase has a money-back guarantee that begins on the date your initial payment has been made. You must attend all live trainings, complete all of the homework assigned and worksheets involved with the program, email your progress report weekly, and complete all trainings for the entirety of the Program to qualify for our money-back guarantee. You must show proof you actually tried to be successful with the program but it just did not work for you. 
• For all credit or debit card payments: 
  • You hereby consent to these charges automatically being charged to your credit or debit card on the due date.
• Bring Back Intimacy is authorized to collect the payment due (in full) by collecting on any/ all credit or debit cards that are provided to Bring Back Intimacy by you. 
• You may determine which payment method is preferred and you are responsible for informing Bring Back Intimacy of this preference at least two (2) business days prior to the payment due date since Bring Back Intimacy’s payment system may automatically charge one of the cards on file that may not be your preferred payment method. 

Section 2. Participation Terms 

We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive experience. Thus, Bring Back Intimacy may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payment due if you: 

1. Become disruptive or difficult to work with. 
2. Fail to follow the program guidelines. 
3. Impair the participation of our employees, contractors, clients, instructors, or participants in any of our programs. 

Section 3. Non-Solicitation 

You agree with and for the benefit of Bring Back Intimacy that, during the Program and for a period of one (1) year after separation from the Program (whether that separation results from early termination or successful completion), you will not (except with the prior written consent of Bring Back Intimacy), directly or indirectly, either as an individual or as a partner or joint venture or as an employee, sales representative, principal, consultant, agent, shareholder, officer or director, for any person, firm, association, organization syndicate, company or corporation, or in any other manner whatsoever, contact, solicit, or attempt to solicit any of the persons, clients, employees, companies or institutions with whom you had dealings through the program. 

1. For the purpose or intent of competing with Bring Back Intimacy to provide the same or similar services that Bring Back Intimacy is currently providing to any of these individuals or companies. 
2. To leave the employ or engagement of Bring Back Intimacy.
3. To sell or offer for sale or solicit orders for the sale of any products or services. 

Note: If there is natural synergy to sell your products or services to any persons, clients, employees, companies, or institutions with whom you had dealings through the Program–that is fine. However, we do not tolerate blatant pitching or soliciting. 

Section 4. Confidential Information 

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. We respect your desire for confidentiality and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of Bring Back Intimacy. Thus you agree: 

1. Not to infringe upon any Program participant’s or Bring Back Intimacy’s copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. 
2. That any confidential information shared by Program participants or any representative of Bring Back Intimacy is confidential and any such Confidential Information belongs solely and exclusively to the party who discloses such information. 
3. Not to disclose such information to any person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions.
4. That all materials and information provided to you by Bring Back Intimacy are confidential and proprietary intellectual property which belongs solely and exclusively to Bring Back Intimacy, and may only be used by you as authorized in writing by Bring Back Intimacy. 
5. Reproduction, distribution, or sale of these materials by anyone other than Bring Back Intimacy is strictly prohibited. 
6. That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of these sections contained in this paragraph or referenced in this Agreement, Bring Back Intimacy will be entitled to injunctive relief against you for any such violations. 

A breach of any of the promises or agreements contained herein will result in irreparable and continuing damage to Bring Back Intimacy for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and Bring Back Intimacy shall be entitled to injunctive relief and/ or a decree for specific performance, and such other relief as may be proper (including monetary damages as appropriate). While you are free to discuss your individual results from this Program or any other Bring Back Intimacy program or training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence. 

Section 5. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service 

You agree that your participation is subject to Bring Back Intimacy’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Disclaimer (as found on the website below) and that you agree to adhere to all terms as outlined on this website. While we do not anticipate making frequent edits, Bring Back Intimacy reserves the right to make modifications to either of these policies at their sole discretion and without notifying Program participants.

Section 6. Program Content 

1. Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, counseling or psychotherapy.
2. Content is centered around 1) Building your feeling awareness and finding blindspots. 2) Creating a safe environment for your coupleship. 3) Setting up your relationship to meet ideal goals. 4) filter your feelings through your values, creating the ideal outcome for your coupleship.
3. All materials, procedures, policies, standards, manuals, teaching aids, and other similar tools that have been, or will be, made available by Bring Back Intimacy or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this coaching Program only. 
4. Program content is for individual use only, and may not be sold, tape-recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Bring Back Intimacy, or its designated agent. 
5. The information contained in the Program material is strictly for coaching purposes. 
6. Success with this program is largely driven by your willingness to take actions as recommended by Bring Back Intimacy, as it relates to the content of the Program. 
7. If you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas, concepts, teachings, etc. contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions and furthermore agree that your success with the Program is dependent on your willingness to follow the steps outlined by Bring Back Intimacy. 
8. Bring Back Intimacy assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program materials. 
9. In addition to the Bring Back Intimacy process, you will have the opportunity to utilize the following as part of the 4-month Program.

• Online or in-person Weekly coaching sessions, 
• Phone calls and texts as available,
• Unlimited email support. 

Section 7. Right to Use Name and Likeness 

1. By attending the sessions you hereby consent to the use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, and details shared by you in the meeting for the use of the coaching group.
2. Your consent is granted to Bring Back Intimacy and extends to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundaries. 
3. You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any such materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication, and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by Bring Back Intimacy for any product and/ or service in connection with such use of your statistical information. 
4. You understand that Bring Back Intimacy owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording or testimonial, including any copyright and/ or trademark relating to such use. 

Section 8. Scope & Limitations Of Our Program 

1. You hereby agree that you have fully consented that the Bring Back Intimacy Program is a coaching program and you will both receive individualized support as needed as well as couples support.
2. Bring Back Intimacy office is open from 12 noon to 6 pm MST on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and 10 am to 3 Fridays. Our office is closed during the weekends and for United States Federal Holidays. 

Note: Bring Back Intimacy is a mentoring and coaching program that includes two-on-two support. We care about the success of all our clients, and can not work harder than you for your success. We strive to under-promise and over-deliver in everything we do. Therefore, we regularly provide opportunities for individual support and feedback during the week. Understand it’s in our best interest to see you succeed with our material being of lasting value to you, as we look forward to your positive testimony we hope to someday receive from you. 

Section 9. Terms of Sale 

1. You hereby agree that all Program sales have a money-back guarantee that begins on the date your initial payment has been made. You must attend all Live trainings, complete all worksheets involved with the program, and complete all trainings to qualify for our money-back guarantee: You must show proof you actually completed all of the work assigned to you and tried to be successful with the program but it just did not work for you. This begins on the date of purchase and it is non-transferable.
2. You agree that you have fully consented to any payment to Bring Back Intimacy and that any/ all payments are valid and that you have consented to the purchase of the Program as outlined in Section 1. 
3. You agree to waive any/ all rights to charge-back, dispute, or make claims (“disputes”) against any payment made to Bring Back Intimacy as being fraudulent, purchased in error, services not delivered to you, product not received, or any other dispute which claims that any payment is unlawful. 

D. You agree to not initiate any disputes or claims through your credit

card company, bank, lending institution, or any other payment provider since you have fully consented to all charges outlined in Section 1, and thus you agree that you may not dispute any payments made to Bring Back Intimacy for the Program. 

E. To qualify for the money-back guarantee you must sign and return this form within one week, seven days of receipt.
